Qué Rico Es is a very active, inclusive campaign to engage 250,000 families in the responsible consumption of healthy, delicious food produced by local farmers

Red de Guardianes de Semillas is Ecuador’s national Seed Guardians Network.

La Minga por La Pachamama produces radio programs about local customs, foods, and the people of the Ecuadorean Andes.

UTOPIA is a local organization based in Chimborazo working with Canastas Comunitarias to support alternative local food systems.

The Colectivo Agroecológico brings together networks, organizations, farmer groups and individuals across Ecuador around the promotion of agroecology and food sovereignty.

COPISA is part of the Ecuadorian Food Sovereignty Movement

ESPOCH (Escuela Politecnica de Chimborazo)’s Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is an academic partner.

EkoRural is working with the UTN (Universidad Tecnica del Norte) and its students from the Natural Resources Department.

Natural Maqui provides a market for artisan products made out of Cabuya fibers by several communities in Cotopaxi province supported by EkoRural.

Health Bridge Canada’s Dr. Peter Berti is EkoRural’s partner in nutrition initiatives.

EkoRural teams up with RFI to spread Farmer Field Schools and farmer-led experimentation in favor of strengthening agroforestry and ecosystem restoration in the lowland tropics.

We work with the Grassroots Innovation Assembly in Agroecology to promote farmer-centered knowledge and technology development across the planet.

EkoRural is part of the FAO’s Farmer Field School Global Program, dedicated to fostering ecological literacy and farmer solutions to poverty and ecosystem restoration in Latin America and beyond.
