Every Thursday producers and consumers have an opportunity for exchange in the Federación de Comunidades campesinas de Salcedo (FECOS), of  Federation of Community Farmers of Salcedo. This is an opportunity for small producers to showcase their agroecologically produced goods and for consumers to purchase fresh and healthy food directly from local producers.
